Visitors drive to a designated area and the driver receives a ticket identifying his or her vehicle. Valet parking differs from self-parking in that the parking operator has the ultimate duty and responsibility to park and secure the patrons’ vehicles. With this responsibility a variety of additional needs and tasks are required of the operator. The main advantage of valet parking is convenience. Students don't have to walk from a distant parking spot carrying heavy loads. Many handicapped drivers rely on valet parking when they can't walk from and to a distant parking spot. Likewise people who do not have time to search for a parking spot can valet park without the hassle. Valet parking is especially convenient in hot weather.

Our company name is “valet parking”. This name is derived from the service we are going to provide for our customer. As our company strategy is to provide its service in an academic institutions to eliminate the student lateness, our main objective become to facilitate the car parking for the student. Beside that we are going to provide other services with parking the car as cleaning and washing it.

This company is considered as a service company as there is no products are produced or provided. Our main concern is to assist the student to park their cars in the far parking as the parking which is close to the entrance is usually full. So, rather than wasting students time in looking for near parking our employees are going to park it.

üManagement and organization
Our employees have to make sure there is enough parking space nearby to hold all of the cars and Set up signs clearly stating that valet parking is available and where drivers should park to use it. Set up a podium for a valet or the chief of the valets to stand behind and direct the operation. The keys can also be stored at the podium. Also, Plan how many employer we should to have. Equip the employers with two-way radios so they can communicate easily while parking and returning cars.
