ü Location Criteria
We have selected the UAE University in order to start
the project because it’s the most famous university in the UAE. Also, because
of the number of the great number of students and staff at the university which
will help us to guarantee a certain number of customers.
ü Facilities and Equipment
To operate our business, we require facilities and equipment. The facilities
we need are a store in the parking area for storing our equipment and providing the rest for employees.
Also, we have the main office as a main place for company and for holding the
business operations.
The equipment we require also is cleaning machines and their accessories. In
addition, we need some furniture which used mainly for storing.
